And that is fine - but it still needs to be earned and not just given away to have allot more value. Problem is these days there are so many useless courses and qualifications out there that give you nothing in the grandscheme of things. Many things can easily be common sense or people can learn by reading a few books - but now you need a piece of paper for everything, but that piece of paper doesn't necessarily make you more competent
