ALP Victory to benefit Stockland?

The ALP proposal to eliminate franking credit refunds will, I assume (if it becomes law) make A-REITs including Stockland more attractive to SMSFs and self-funded retirees. The unfranked dividends that Stockland provides would become comparitively more attractive than franked dividends.
Furthermore, I assume that the ALP favours a higher immigration intake (particularly when compared to the right of the Liberal Party) which is obviously favourable for Stockland.

In summary, I would argue therefore that an ALP victory at the next election could generate a positive re-pricing of A-REITs including Stockland. Or perhaps this has already been factored into current pricing? Would be interested in thoughts of other posters in this regard.

This is in no way to support the ALP policy of eliminating franking credit refunds which I think is actually grossly unfair. However, this is going to become the new state of affairs assuming the ALP wins the next election (almost a certainty in my opinion) and assuming they can get the changes through the senate (less of a certainty).
