U2......You cannot own "a substantial % of the world's known Uranium resources" my friend.....
It's almost immpossible for such an eventuation.....
The reason is simple......Australia alone holds around 40% of the world's known Uranium resources......And we know that no company (except BHP, who owns the Olympic Dam- with 28% of the world's Uranium Res.) has bought or can buy a substantial % of that 40%.
Now, add to that the Uranium known resources of Canada and you will have more than 2/3 of the World's Uranium Resources.....You see why it's almost immpossible for a company (outside BHP, I repeat) to own a substantial % of the world's known Uranium resources?
