Of course that is why Denison (DEN.V) started the Uranium PArticipation Fund (which I forgot about). This is listed on the TSX and it simply buys physical uranium and holds it in anticipation of a rise in the price of uranium over time. It will then sell accumulated uranium back into the market and profit. I think it has around 2000t of uranium inventory which it bought for around $25/lb!
