What sort of utter moron thinks having a law where the courts can't consider the previous offending of a criminal when deciding whether bail should be granted is a good idea? What does "bail" even mean when there's zero penalty for breaching it? Kids are getting released on bail one day only to be arrested for another crime the next ... and released again. Outside of a few extremists like @scott th trashbag @pintohoo@Lapdog@Tarvold et al, no one thinks this sort of situation is acceptable. It's time for the communities standards to be upheld by the courts and the communities safety to be the number one priority when deciding on bail and sentencing criminals
