RE fed policy ,my understanding is States not legally obliged to follow i.e Carpenter saying no u mining as long as he is Premier,irrespective of Fed change ,but Beattie in contrast saying he will go along with change.
Bottom line is 3 mines policy is history since unions, Beazley and Rudd all want it dropped. SMM due to its advanced projects will al most certainly be the next new mine in Australia. DYOR
