Hi,
I read a great book last year on how to apply a stop loss and warned that the market place is deadly.
The writer said never hang on to certain shares just for the dividend.Even with that knowledge,this d#ckhead,yes yours truly,decided not to sell HWE when they fell, a while back.
I thought well they pay a nice div and stuff me if the next announcement mentioned that there would be no div and they dropped further.Hard way to learn a lesson.
Never forgot that lesson and when I hear the punters hanging on to ALL for that reason I shudder.
