ok so i made a mistake about the cap raising. take a bite!
this should not deter from point that managing share price is just as important as managing the company, especially in this finacial environment.
when it comes down to raising money, one of the most imporatnt factors is share price and volume movements. Any good manager knows that. This is a very cruel market we are in at the moment, and killing shareholder value is not very hard to do with the help of careless managment.
come now, don't delude yourself into writing off my advice due to one mistake.
