the link below shows china will require an additional 1.2btpa coal in their 12th Five-Year Plan(2011-15),, and where is that coal going to come from? - the US and china are in mine production decline, South Africa and Indonesia need their coal for their own consumption - Not to mention India will need something like 500mtpa additional coal - Australia will be in the driving seat over the next few years and all aussie coalers will benefit.
MY PICK is EER - a massive coal resource all open cut and this rail as well as QRN rail adds significant value to it - extremely cheap now.
