they are a joke - the quicker they approve the rail lines the better for every australian.
have a go at this - the two lines (QRN and GVK) are estimated to carry over 320mtpa coal for export, from the coal export the Local, state and fedaral governments will benefit enourmously with taxes, examples - rates,royalties, payroll tax, land tax, stamp duties, personal income tax, company income tax, fringe benefits tax and excise duties and not to mention the productivity will grow in the out back communities which will benefit the governments even more so - but this stupid government can't see none of that.
