I have no idea how Clive Palmer will finance the other 40% of this project but i do believe the rail cost will come down with Hancock Prospecting wanting to build the same line from the same area at the same time.
I have speculated by buying property in Alpha with the hope that these projects go ahead.
If they do i'm home and hosed.
If not I do a few grand.
