WOW - what an excellent research report ! !

Might go a long way in helping some new prospective investors who are geniune enough to buy on market properly understand how the business works. It's not easily understood. My only criticism and it's minor is stating we are debt free. We have 375K of debt, not much but debt nevertheless.

Director's are trying to get the support required for their plans. It's a shame really. I would have liked to have voted yes but my vote is STILL NO

If there are some strategic whatevers or whoevers interested in the business they should buy on market. So what if the price is well above 1 cent by the time there finished.

Stay focused - VOTE NO
