look mate it seems done deal between directors and some major holders. I have sent my vote NO and so many holders here. There is no input for KIRIL which is ridiculous we all needed his input at such a critical time. He has been biggest INT ramper for year or two where is he now and why he cant advise. Maybe he is counting is loss aswell.
