unless there is an agreed dissolvement/renegotiation of that contract.then whoever breaks it could be up for penalties.
The shareprice took a surprising rise prior to the suspension.
So maybe someone knows more than the rest.also could be a precursor to a bit more than a refinancing,to value the company at a nice round $6m.
