Whilst fair to be bullish - what are your other inputs? Assuming you've got 0 as the TV, but how far have you forecasted their production and does this vary? You should probably consider a sensitivity on the discount rate as imo a 1 mine operator should probably warrant a higher discount rate + op costs of 8-10%.
