I believe if it moves to critical mineral list then it would force trigger our JV partner to sell their share which given the tension in Aus -China relationship they didnt want to escalate. Doesn't look good in capitalism. Force sale of Tic tok comes to mind.
Imagine the share price when the management pulls off a deal of the century with the takeover effective, which we would increase our share from 50% to 85% !
