What negative is it for APAC if they get a dividend or the share price goes up? MLX obviously think they have an opportunity to increase control with their takeover offer. I don't think Chinese interests are going to be able to takeover MLX.
If APAC don't want a dividend or a share price increase what do they want?
It was good from management to do a buyback but they stuffed that up by not being nearly aggressive enough. I think a dividend plus exploring growth projects would be perfect for shareholders.
