The consortium are linking up late today by phone according to my friend to talk about their response to the WC deal.

I have pushed my friend to get them to agree to release the details of their offer whatever they choose to do from here.

As stated before the deal they were looking to pull together provided a number of benefits to OCV and their view could be that its a company that cannot be trusted given the way this transaction has been handled.

I hope I have some further news tonight.

Whater ever the outcome I hope for PIF holders sake that there is a pro-active work out plan put in place and not a continued fire sale while WC gets to pull out some hefty fees.
