PSY most likely are a long time away from commercial sales

I cant see what deal they could make on unproven technology

thats not to say you cant stitch something up before hand

but any deal will have caveats where milestones need to be achieved

look at a company like TIS , not even they can stitch up a deal with their product before its launched in Europe
i bailed out of them and decided to wait on the sidelines until all the I's are dotted and T's crossed

9/10 its the best thing to do unfortunately

the tax laws need to change in my opinion to reward people who take and also keep early stakes in tech/biomed
