The Michael Williamson case is very interesting as he is alledgely accused of defrauding the HSU of $20 Million.

He has pleaded guilty to $1 Million fraud charge,divorced his wife and declared himself bankrupt.

I don't know how the Legal system works in NSW but it is a huge discrepancy - perhaps lack of witness statements,evidence destroyed or convenient plea for the lesser sum for a quick trial.

This case will be huge but I think the RC will be the only ones to get to the bottom of this massive fraud and reveal the truth.

If by some remote chance he avoids imprisonment then you can forget Ms Gillards AWU fraud going anywhere.
