Real estate in many parts of China is allegedly falling, the bubble is evident in so many vacant buldings, saw some of them in a few youtube posts-the Chinese like Mr Li will look for diversification and JAT suits the appetite of many investors
Those who are looking at prior quarter or year numbers don’t understand the stage where jat is, and you’re correct, we’d grow substantially when we acquire the remaining 49% of GK or when we make additional acquisitions
Every time I manage to find a good stock to add in my portfolio, I find myself adding more people in my ignore list too.
There’s too many info on the internet many of them rubbish and a waste of time to read, why would I be reading articles about the kardasians and the royals, there’s nothing I’d gain, similarly I’d gain nothing reading the posts of some individuals in HC but I thank a good number who continue to contribute good content and research. The proverb says associate with the wise and you’ll become wise but those in company with with stupid ones will fare badly. I’ve been selective in whom I hear and so far the last 12 months enabled me make gains beyond expectations. Investing in speccie is inherently risky but if one finds 1 or two good stocks and have the patience to keep looking and acting quickly on seeing an opportunity, gains can pay the mortgage or even 3 mortgages. Quick action is needed because no matters how much research one does, things can still go pear shaped.
Patience is required and spread funds a little but not too thin. Usually 10-12 suits me based on half a mil currently invested. Go free carry or exit totally based on your own risk profile. There will always be trolls and had I listened I wouldn’t have made for example 5 bags in Lpd, 17 in asn, 3 in krc etc etc and these are still growing small companies. Opportunities abound but be careful with trolls and their trolleys they make you depress and miss a good opportunity.
With jat expect more volatility, I’ll ride it. Bub was $1 and retreated to 55 cents and is at highs again. As long as we continue to execute our plan we’d be okay methinks. As pointed out by Michaelx Bub wha and A2m were penny companies and same is true with many lithium stocks.
