Additionally, if this does not mean that Lynas finally has official answers from MOSTI about the 2 new conditions, but that they actually have worked out already a plan how to fulfill them: then it is very difficult for me to understand, why we have not heard anything official from Lynas.
Something is not right here. Either rorkes is right and Lynas has chosen not to inform its investors about something they must have known already this midday, or, well the opposite.
Additionally, if this does not mean that Lynas finally has...
