I just think that LYNAS has all angles covered and that these conditions imposed maybie arn't as new as they seem. Probably been brought up previously throughout this process which is why the statement was made that they "have the answers". BUT in saying all of that, the only thing that doesn't sit right is that the SP action is not matching up somewhere??? If this had leaked and it was going to be so simple, there would have been a few days of green leading up to this as "someone allways knows something" before the event. Anyway, we shall see I guess:)
