NO surprises here. Just another buy rec. from one of those pesky small cap newsletters pumping the share. Undoubtedly we will get an ASX "Please explain" notice today with the usual "we dont know" from the company. Happens almost every time and I am surprised the ASX dont subscribe to some of these newsletters themselves to see just where the recommendations are coming the next day and put these companies into a trading halt before the market opens.
