Why!! If you were not already in the stock, this is a classic pump and dump. There will be people who will lose money today but great for those who got in a day or so prior maybe with some info the rest of us did not have. Previous close 12c. gaps on rec. to open at 15.5 now 16c. Great day trade - not.
