    Me too, voted against all six in two accounts. Only ~300,000 shares though.

    The BOD didn't have the gumption or guts to say no to MB's 2nd SOA and to then do a rights issue. Clearly this would have been successful and would have saved at least $2.5 mil and a lot of wasted management time and momentum. What a bunch of dopes! Not worth paying a cent more for their ineptitude.
