Alreco(MHM 100% owned subs) currently share profits with the technology owners(Frank Rogers) in regards to the Moolap plant in Victoria. MHM gets 60% of the profits, which is $8.6M.
For the international operations Alreco gets 100% of profits(ie doesn't have to share with the technology providers).
So because MHM own 100% Alreco, MHM get 100% of the international profits.
With regards to the Moolap plant, MHM/Alreco will buy out the remaining 40% for an agreed price when commissioning is complete.
