MMX market cap actually 1.6B. The reason for the 25cents per 10% is that if CHM wins case and gets awarded the whole asset MMX had no right to sell a portion of it to MMX because they would have never legally owned it. Jack Hills is currently valued between approx 3 to 4 Billion, therefore this sum is worked out at 100% of this figure of 3 to 4 billion. Which in the end would equate to a CHM share price of over $2.
