I have scoliosis,schumans disease, a ruptured disc in lumber and have had a buldging disc in neck which numbed areas in right shoulder,bicep and wrist.Wouldn,t wish the buldge on anyone worse than a dislocated shoulder lol.
May i suggest you lay on your gut flat and counteract bending forward by doing hyper extensions.Just lay flat and push up with arms arching lower back.Do this 10 times a day and you,ll be right.Lay on your back with knees bent, this will keep spine straight.Trust me been having back probs since teens.
Free float has been removed good enough now imo and i think we might see some more director interest pop up.
