T4p , forgive me for being presumptious & bossy but rub anti inflamatory cream immediately into tightened muscle area, Stand & sit straight & balanced at all times, lift with legs not back,,Stick a cushion behind lower back region to push it forward whilst sitting or driving, & keep the pelvic region pushed forwards NOT bent backwards, NO comment needed from you Ironfist,ha ha!!Good luck I know what it is like!!! Maybe a back massage from trudy may shock the disc back into place. failing that a real massage will help.
