Thanks for confirming my impressions of the AGM. I certainly came away from it feeling very comfortable with my investment.

I like your comments about their management of expenses. I have not seen their offices but gather from what you say that they are not fancy chrome/marble palatial offices. I am in business myself and have a healthy scepticism when I see such fancy front offices - they often hide a lack of substance out the back.

It's a shame that I didnt know you were there - maybe we could have got together for a coffee after the meeting as I had a 3 hour wait for my flight back to Sydney. It's always interesting to share notes.
