Totally normal for G8 to be leasing their centres as they are in childcare, not property. It was fashionable up until about 10 years ago for businesses to own the properties they operated out of, but if you recall the banks led the charge with massive sale and lease back programs which removed their property depts from the balance sheet and improved their return on capital.
