    ARL Update excerpt
    24 September 2013

    The liquidators of Octaviar Administration Pty Ltd (In
    Liquidation) have advised of their intention to declare a
    2nd dividend to unsecured creditors in late August 2013.
    This dividend of $1,097,727.23 was received on 9
    September 2013 and has been placed under investment.
    ARL’s claim, admitted to prove in the Liquidation, is
    $137million.
