Correct Avarian...I was inadvertently looking at stated production capacity (different to NDO's statement too).
Storage capacity is actually approx 458,519 bbls...but I still think NDO will advise the mkt of the routine to be used...once the oil is flowing.
Who will have a parcel size they want to mkt...obviously both will, but are you referring to NDO with a 300K bbl parcel?
What do you know about the "heart of a disagreement?"
