seems to me that punters still persist with the delusion that Pericoach is a treatment.

Pericoach is neither a cure nor a treatment which is why it has failed spectacularly since its inception. If there was the slightest interest in Pericoach from females, it would be evident from sales - but there are none. Continue believing what you will, but the lack of progress with marketing this product should tell you all you need to know about its future prospects.
