Altech Batteries (ASX:ATC) launching ‘table salt’ battery tech as world demands energy storage solutions, page-25

Can anyone clarify

a) Does AAM act independently of ATC ? ( yes I understand they have the same board)

b) if AAM is successful with funding, does ATC gain the same financing?

C) is the JV with Fraunhofer with AAM or ATC

I'm confused why Iggy wasn't in the last few videos and that Martin Stein stepped in. the Prince is slowly bailing and buying AAM ( allegedly ) now AAM is meeting with German government directly.

I'm not about to start changing my position but I feel there's more to the story.. it will eventually come out I guess.
