Subs can sell up to 1% without having to notify as far as I am aware. Who did the shortfall got to?
I find it hard to believe that some “twitterati” could cause that much interest, though I did check it out and there were some usual suspects promoting ATC. Definitely not fighting it though and is the reason I wanted to have some announcements flowing to create some momentum in what is a “hot space”
Get us up over 10c and most long termers will breathe a large sigh of relief imo. Lock in the final component of finance and it’s off to the races! Hopefuly this is our year!
