So - how do we know that there is a HPA shortage?
If there really is a shortage, why does ATC need to find constantly new potential applications?
Remember - they promised us this shortage already 6 years ago (in 2015) ... and so far there is no indication that the HPA price is going up, or that there is any shortage for whatever industry might need. Quite the opposite - despite pulling new applications out of the hat nothing seems to happen on the market.
