Isnt the answer self explanatory.is a little obvious dont u think.no announcement means let me guess.u could redrill the well in 3 weeks,and a flow test would take a few days.is clear they are trying tofind appropriate words to put in the announcement.maybe the native locals took the oil or the testing rig.is clear by now if it was good it would have leaked.but there has been nobuying
