    As mentioned previously by the company, long form docs extended till July 7th for annc - expect an update tomorrow/Friday also covering off this potential takeover bid from their largest shareholder holding 14% and what their offer is to trump the recap deal.

    this could move from 2c to 4-5c very quickly. mkt cap at $6mill is a joke as we know.
