Funding does not have to be dilutionary and if instos are thinking they will get stock cheap in a raising then I think they should read Mutiny's funding package announcement from yesterday.
They have funded Deflector for $102m and NO CAPITAL RAISING.
A gold stream agreement with Canadian company for $41m and the balance with a Credit Suisse consort'm.
No dilutionary cap raising - this is deal is the first of more that we will see done in this manner. It is a win-win for both Mutiny and for Sandstone - actually very simple and clean.
AMX could easily do a similar deal and leave sellers red-faced. It is a tough finance environment but innovation will see good projects through.
