what most have forgotten to mention here and it is quite clear in that last paragraph before the "Interim Funding" heading, is who are the "alternative interested parties" they refer to ???
So it is quite clear from this statement there are other options and parties interested, should Cupric offer a stupid price or decide to not proceed further beyound Jan 30th 2015.
Thoughts on the above would be gladly appreciated....
also nowhere in the annc is their reference to warning about potential VA, solvency issues, etc... so why make such assumptions and fear the worst and others too ?
well done on management in making this call and review on operations, waiting for sentiment to improve and copper price to improve and not keep bleeding cash, unlike some other companies that keep operating until they have no choice but to engage VA.
