The offer below by Alternative Liquidity has been launched independently of the Company. ISX does not offer an opinion on it, and shareholders should consider their own circumstances.@FinancialIsx shareholders should also balance the convenience and timing of this offer versus waiting for the upcoming listing of the Company.The (as yet formally unannounced) CSE listing will require that shareholders have an account with a CSE Participant broker, which broker will require full EU KYC. ISX is also obligated to have KYC'd shareholders onto the Central Securities Depositary (CSD) Register before transfer of securities to the broker.Once the Company has restructured as a listed CSE company, it will then seek admission to a further exchange. Neither myself, my associates nor any other director of ISX are participating on either side of this offer.

@Sharmanat0r this is for ISXFEU which is consolidated at 10:1 of old ISX shares

so at 85c it is equal to 8.5c of old ISX shares and as the Greenhornet as mentioned it is a trashy offer.

Based on current ISXFEU profits I am looking at $10 to $20 (when this does list) for myself.
