Yep. My read too. Good pick up. Reads like they are trying to secure a cheap option on the litigation. Very different proposition from Primary Markets which is clearly to close out the short. If AL were pursuing the latter, I would have expected the offer to be for both isx.ax and the isx eu shares (need both to close out a short).
