Had to jump in here. This is a thread drift, but wanted to share.

Had a dream this morning where a woman called jen or Jill put what looked like a piece of plastic with data on it on my right arm. Instead of taking blood out she said this was new from 3 years in the future. It could 'scan' me for Lupus and all they had to do was put it in a machine which then downloaded the data. Also, she said this new 'technology' was going to revolutionise the way we recorded things. Instead of having vials of blood taken this was more accurate and could scan all my body parts at once. Just sat on my arm. i was blown away. At the end of it she said I"ll see you in three years.

Yippee! Bunbun dreams of no more blood tests.

I wonder how much technology will change, cannot even fathom in linear terms anymore.
