    As many as 85% of people who were vaccinated against the flu in 2017, and then exposed to the virus, still got infected. The flu vaccine was virtually completely ineffective in over 65s – the most vulnerable segment of the population. It was the elderly that accounted for most of the flu-related deaths which were actually due to secondary bacterial infections (ie. pneumonia) and complications (ie. over-medicated). Yet the most effective, fastest, cheapest and non-toxic means of treating severe flu and pneumonia is banned in Australian hospitals.
