With the data they collect they can continue to improve their monitoring for fraud and losses. They have over 4 million transactions already and combined with analytics there's a lot of insights they can gain from this.
ZML IMO just don't have as good a product, are less customer centric, and don't have a fan base of 100K+ on Facebook. Once APT is more of a household name they'll be able to offer more products and enter in the space where ZML play (they already have a credit licence to do so).
