This question is a little off topic.

Id be interested to see what people think might be the value of the Clearpay (UK) business over time as afterpay own 90% of this and think-smart listed in London own 10% though there is a 5 year option for afterpay to acquire the remaining 10% for an undisclosed calculation.

I do own some thinksmart shares from ages ago when they were listed on ASX.

The current share price of thinksmart really has very little value of the 10% of clearpay as the market cap of thinksmart is only 16m pounds

Thinksmart is a little hard to value as the current business is crap and while they have cash mainly from the liquidation of afterpay shares we dont know what the calculation afterpay is prepared to pay in 5 years
