Media, Banks and mortgage brokers have long reported that BNPL is detrimental to obtaining a home loan and/or a good credit score.
However, as BNPL companies may not need your credit score to assess your repayment capabilities, they may just be reporting good repayment history to increase your credit rating.
Pure speculation, is repayment history combined with data rich analytics helping consumers with their credit score?
