    I really don't expect stringent regulations to be called for. This is a far, far less dangerous system for the consumer than almost any of the alternatives out there. Stringent regulation would probably benefit us by hurting the competition. APT doesn't suck people into large scale debt or nasty interest traps. Late fees are capped, no interest is charged, and the total amount a person can borrow is low. Being one of the absolute safest 'buy now pay later' services around, we should be thrilled by any attempt to regulate that industry!

    And obviously it can't remain exponential. By the nature of the laws of the universe, absolutely no system in the world can remain exponential forever. It's not exactly exponential now, but close enough, and yes, presumably it will end up looking sigmoidal. The point at which the 'exponential' phase finishes and where our asymptote is are the multibillion dollar questions, but the fact that it can't stay exponential forever is so far beyond a no brainer it's a no header.
